Can you make a custom-fitting outfit?

Yes. We offer customisation of fit, colour and more for any occasion. Book an appointment or chat with our team to get started.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we ship to the UK, Europe and internationally. UK standard delivery is free on orders of £50 and over. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking details. Click the link in the email to follow your order in real time.

Do you make children's outfits?

Yes, we create customised children's outfits for any occasion, tailored to your taste and preferences.

Can I change, cancel or update my order?

To cancel, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order by email or WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and Apple Pay. For bank transfer or money transfer services, please contact our team.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please send us a photo of the item along with your order number within 7 days of receiving it, and we'll guide you through the next steps. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

• UK: 2–3 working days from dispatch
• Europe: 5–7 working days from dispatch
• USA, Canada, Asia & rest of world: 7–12 working days from dispatch

Loukiya wedding couture is made to measure and takes 2–6 months for production and dispatch, depending on the design. Next-day UK delivery and FedEx/DHL express are available – please contact our team for charges.

Do you offer alterations?

We don't provide a separate stitching or alterations service. Instead, we offer made-to-measure tailoring, so your outfit is made to your preferences. Please contact our team for details.

How do I order a customised outfit?

1. Pick a design and material you like. Let us know if you have other patterns or colours in mind and we'll do our best to match them.
2. Send us your preferences using our contact form.
3. Our team will send you a measurement chart and confirm the price.
4. Once we receive your measurements and payment, your order goes into production.

Do you have a shop?

Yes! Our showroom is at 54 West Street, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1BS. All our exclusive couture is available there, and all meetings are private, so you can get a real sense of what Loukiya is about. To schedule a visit, please use our contact form or book an appointment.
