Shipping Information
We ship from our showroom in Dorking, United Kingdom, to the UK, Europe and internationally. Delivery times below start from the date your order is dispatched and are given as a guide.
United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch. Free on orders of £50 and over; £5.99 on orders under £50.
- Next-day delivery: available within the UK. Charges vary by location, so please contact us before ordering.
- If you have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us.
Europe
- Standard delivery: 5–7 working days from dispatch.
- If you have not received your order after 15 working days, please contact us.
USA, Canada, Asia & Rest of World
- Standard delivery: 7–12 working days from dispatch.
- If you have not received your order after 15 working days, please contact us.
International Express Delivery
We partner with FedEx, UPS and DHL for express delivery (typically 1–3 days). For large orders we can provide a specific shipping quote on request. For a quick response, contact us on WhatsApp: +44 7465 993347.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. We make every effort to meet these timeframes but cannot be held liable for third-party delays, including those caused by adverse conditions or events outside our control.
Click & Collect (Free)
If your items are in stock and your order does not include any back-order products, you can collect from our showroom at 54 West Street, Dorking RH4 1BS, usually within 48 hours. Orders are held for 14 working days from the date of order. If an order is not collected within this time, it will be refunded minus a 5% processing charge.
Made-to-Measure, Custom & Back-Order Items
- In-stock items are dispatched promptly. We aim to dispatch within 7 working days of receiving your order; occasionally an item may need to be made or sourced before dispatch.
- Orders containing back-order items can take several weeks to arrive.
- Loukiya wedding couture is made to measure and takes 2–6 months for production and dispatch, depending on the design.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For orders outside the UK, VAT, import duties, tariffs and taxes are charged according to your country’s rules and are payable by the customer. The courier will bill you for these separately at the time of delivery. We are unable to estimate duty amounts.
Shipment & Tracking
We will email you as soon as your order is handed to the courier. The email includes your tracking number, the courier’s website and the expected delivery date. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 business hours to become active.
Important Information
- Each order can be delivered to one address only. Please place separate orders for different addresses.
- We ship only to the address provided. Address changes or corrections must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.
- Order cut-off times are a guide and do not account for payment authorisation delays.
